Horrible stroller, horrible customer service

Purchased the stroller last year in April. Only used it 5 times, 2 times being the vet via car service.
Last time I used it, taking the carrier out of the car and the hood popped open, almost dropped my cat on the street (I have a very active cat).
Contacted customer service on July 15th, after their initial email, they never replied back.
I get it that it’s over the 1 year warranty but in no way it should have called apart after 5 uses. Do not buy it!

I got this in comparison to Pet Rover USA as I saw some reviews claiming they were equivalent but this was cheaper. Although it looks very similar I found this to not be sturdy (easily tips over and I would be scared to put my water bottle on it). It also says the push bar is adjustable however it is not. The stroller in general seems to be of lesser quality but I can’t complain about price as this was on sale for $160. I prefer the other brand over this but some may need a lighter stroller and this could work for those people better then it did for me.
